4 - Moderate Breeze (13-18mph). Moves thin branches, raises dust and paper.
5 - Fresh Breeze (19-24mph). Small to moderate trees sway.
6 - Strong Breeze (25-31mph). Large tree branches move, umbrellas difficult to control.
7- Moderate Gale (32-38mph). Large trees sway. Noticeably difficult to walk.
